REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At GLOBALREACH, we will explain our products to you to make sure you buy the right items and let you examine the goods upon collection.
Under the situation where our product is wrongly purchased, not used and still in working/sellable condition, we can provide full refund within 2 days from the date of collection or exchange of other products at higher value within 2-7 days from the date of collection.
